Why am I getting more than one SafeZone notification at a time?

There are a couple reasons you may be receiving multiple push notifications at once. Multiple people using the same mobile application login credentials can generate duplicate or incorrect or faulty push notifications. If you would like another individual to have administrative access to your child’s device, please set them up as a guest user for the device. This will prevent issues related to multiple users on one account from arising. Another thing that could cause duplicate push notifications would be setting two SafeZones with overlapping boundaries. This could create a scenario where the child would leave one SafeZone and enter another simultaneously, which can cause multiple push notifications at the same time. Simply moving or decreasing the size of one of the SafeZones so they no longer overlap will typically resolve this issue.
